The entire space is private with a private deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Joe Batt's Arm Harbour!

The place is located on Freake's Road in the heart of traditional Brown's Point in the community of Joe Batt's Arm. Only a few steps from the base of the trail leading up to the famous Fogo Island Inn!
