War ok. Alles vorhanden (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine , Trockner). Wohnung war sauber. Die Duftstäbchen waren sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Mussten sie raus tun.

Schöne Auszeit

Eine schöne gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Balkon gut um Sonnenuntergänge zu genießen. Alles sehr sauber und schön aufgeteilt. Der Aufzug ist sehr praktisch und danke das wir die Fahrräder unterstellen konnten. Sehr sympathische Vermieter freu mich sie kennengelernt zu haben . Zum Bodensee sind es nur etwa 5 min tolle stellen um ins Wasser zu kommen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren ,Schiffstouren oder einfach mal Minigolf und anderer Ausflüge Danke für die schöne Zeit in der schönen Umgebung Immenstaade ist eine Reise wert.

Wohnung im 70er Jahre Style

Küche ist gut ausgestattet und Elektrogeräte sind recht neu. Die Einrichtung ist im 70er Jahre Stil. Bad und Toilette dürfen gerne mal renoviert werden, sind in die Jahre gekommen. Der Einstig in die Wanne zum duschen ist nicht für Jedermann geeignet! Aussage "Seeblick" ist schon recht optimistisch ausgelegt. Leider funktionierte der Rollladen im Zimmer der Kinder nicht. Diesen Punkt habe ich gleich dem Vermieter- Gastgeber gemeldet, repariert wurde es aber leider in den 10 Tagen Urlaub nicht. Leider können wir für das Preis- Leitungsverhältnis nur 3 Sterne Gesamtwertung vergeben.

Urlaub in Immenstaad

Sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung in einem Wohnblock, ca. 10 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine kleine Sicht auf den Bodensee. Die Wohnung hat eine Mischung aus neuen & alten Möbeln. Die schöne neue Küche & TV-Gerät sind auf den neuesten technischen Stand. Angenehm auch neue Waschmaschine & Trockner. Leider gab es nur "Taghelle" Deckenlampen in allen Räumen die keine Gemütlichkeit aufkommen lassen. Hier währen 2-3 LED Stehleuchten o.ä. sehr angebracht. Zum Glück hatten wir kleine LED Leuchten dabei. Insgesamt haben wir uns jedoch sehr wohl gefühlt & werden gerne nochmal hier Urlaub machen. P.S: Das WLAN entschädigte uns für das in der Anzeige offerierte Kanu/Boot.
