Enjoy the serenity offered by this spacious cottage with views of the sparkling Atlantic and the tranquil waters of the canal. Beach access is only 125 yards away at 569 OBW. Bel Chateau features two living areas, a well-planned kitchen with table-and-bar seating, a dining area, flat screens in bedrooms and living areas, as well as a covered porch, picnic table, and enclosed outdoor shower.
The owner of this home privately arranges their cleaning, bed linens, and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.
Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.
Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed on this property.
