Out of consideration for my neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum —especially during evening hours. While you`re welcome to relax and unwind, parties and events are not permitted.

Travel Tip:
🛬 Flying into Toronto Pearson International Airport? I highly recommend the UP Express train. It’s a smooth 25-minute ride to Union Station with free WiFi onboard. From there, it’s just a quick 5-minute Uber or taxi to the building—super convenient and a great way to skip city traffic!
🏋️♂️ There’s a GoodLife Fitness Gym nearby. It`s a great option for guests looking to stay active during their visit. Be sure to check the GoodLife website — they often offer complimentary workout passes for new visitors!
📦 Please note that the property is not set up to receive mail, packages, or courier deliveries for short-term rental guests. If you need to receive a package during your stay, you’re welcome to use a nearby Canada Post office or a Penguin Pickup location (there is one just down the street) — both are convenient alternatives.
🍔 For food delivery services (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.), kindly meet your driver outside the main front entrance, as building access cannot be granted to delivery personnel.
🧻 To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of essentials at the beginning of your stay — including items like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, dish pods, etc. Please note that we do not replenish these items during your stay. Should you need more, there are several nearby stores for easy restocking.
🗓️ If you`re planning an extended stay of 4 months or longer, feel free to reach out before booking. In some cases, I may be able to register you with the building to allow for mail and delivery access.
🚨 In the event of an emergency, dial 911 for police, fire, or ambulance services. The emergency exit route is through the front door and down the building’s stairwells. Please do not use the elevator during an emergency.
