The upper floor holiday apartment number 4 "Südstrandhus" is rented out approx. 71 square meters on the North Sea island of Borkum in Greunen Stee Weg 75 with:
2x bedrooms, 1x bathroom with floor-level shower, guest toilet, living room with couch and open kitchen with dining table.
Comfort, modern and style!! The bright living-dining room is large and impresses with the room layout and directly accessible balcony. The balcony with table and chairs invites you to relax. The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped. The two bedrooms are furnished with double beds and both have a flat screen TV. A travel cot (without bedding) and a high chair are available on request. This is complemented by the bathroom with a floor-level shower, toilet and washbasin. The short but very interesting history of the house should be emphasized. A real highlight!

Die Wohnung war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und wurde sehr sauber übergeben. Abwicklung der Buchung, Änderungen und der Kontakt im Allgemeinen zur Vermietung war unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir haben noch vor Ort direkt den nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht.

Tolle Wohnung mit Sauna, gute Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung auf Borkum sehr genossen. Das i-Tüpfelchen war der abendliche Ausklang in der zur Wohnung gehörenden Sauna. Alles perfekt. Gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Kommunikation lief sehr gut und die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Der Weg nach Borkum Innenstadt ist zu Fuß nicht ohne, dafür ist Weg zu Strand sehr kurz.
