The ground floor holiday apartment number 1 “Alfonso” approx. 81 sqm on the North Sea island of Borkum is rented on the corner of Gorch-Fock-Straße / Am Westkaap with:
2x bedroom, 1x bathroom with floor-level shower, guest toilet, living room with couch and open kitchen with dining table.
Comfort, Modern and Style!! The living-dining room is large and impresses with its layout and directly accessible terrace. The terrace with table and chairs invites you to relax. The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped. The "parents' bedroom" is equipped with a double bed. The other bedroom has two single beds and a flat screen TV. A travel cot (without bedding) and a high chair are available upon request. This is complemented by the bathroom with a floor-level shower, toilet and vanity. A real highlight!

Eine sehr schöne und absolut empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung mit perfekter Lage zu Zentrum und Strand. Ausstattungsmäßig gab es nichts, was wir vermisst hätten und der komplett eingezäunte Vorgarten ist ideal für Hundebesitzer. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Allerdings haben wir uns beim Frühstück gefragt, wie man es schafft Glastische so stark zu verkratzen.

Toller Osterurlaub mit Hund. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei der Einrichtung der Wohnung wurde wirklich an alle Dinge gedacht - drei super TV-Geräte, schickes Bad, moderne Küche , man könnte so weitermachen. Das zur Wohneinheit zugehörige Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass unser kleiner Hund oft draußen sein konnte und keine Gefahr bestand, dass er verschwindet. Die Lage ist optimal. Zum (Hunde-)Strand ist es 1 Minute, wenn man gemütlich zu Fuß geht, zur Stadtmitte vielleicht 3 Minuten. Absolut top. Ok,das W-Lan-Netz/Empfang könnte besser sein, aber das ist Stöhnen auf hohem Niveau. Wir kommen gern wieder. Fam. Kersten

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und können sie beruhigt weiterempfehlen. Die Location ist fantastisch. Nah an der Stadt und quasi mit einem Fuß am Strand. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, super eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden bis auf eine kastenkuchenbackform, die man ja auch in jedem Urlaub mit Teenager braucht!? Mein, es war wirklich alles super und wir erwägen nächstes Jahr in der Osterzeit wieder zukommen. Die Lage ist optimal, der Hundestrand fast vor der Tür, was will mehr. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, niemand hätte vermutet, dass vorher ein Hund Mitbewohner war. Klasse!!

Wie beim letzten Mal war die Vorbereitung und Unterstützung sehr gut, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, durch die optimale Lage ist diese Wohnung auch gut für ältere Menschen geeignet, die nicht mehr so gut zu Fuß sind. Allerdings müssen sie trotzdem kleine Höhenunterschiede zur Terrasse und am Eingang überwinden können.
