This property was fantastic! Great accommodations - comfy beds, bathroom with Native shower products I loved, relaxing living room space, kitchen with lots of utensils, pretty much brand new washer/dryer, a fun backyard space, etc. A short walk to the cute park and downtown. We had a fabulous stay in Canon City!

While everything inside the home is very comfortable and great, I have to say the absolute best part is the morning coffee sits in the front porch. Great view with no morning sun and amazing temps. Would definitely stay here again when back in this area!

Very clean and so charming! Our dogs loved the fenced in yard. We needed an early check in and to add an extra day and Victoria made it happen. We had everything we needed in the house and it’s so comfortable and cozy! The park and river are right across the street and the royal gorge train station is nearby also. Thank you! Would definitely recommend!

This house was great! We came for an overnight so we could get up early to Rock climb the Via Ferrata. The house was perfect for our family of four (mom, dad and two teenagers). House was super clean and cutely decorated. Location was great - we walked through the park to dinner downtown. Short walk. Would definitely recommend.

The location was excellent right across from the park and next to the Royal Gorge train station. Accommodations were fantastic. Very clean, had everything we needed. And the host were only a phone call away. They were very helpful and accommodating. I would suggest staying here to anyone heading to Canyon City

This property had everything we needed. It was very clean and just the perfect amt of comfort for our stay. The park was a huge bonus for us and our dog. There is a picnic table in the back with extra chairs and a BBQ grill, which we took advantage of the whole time. The location was perfect and the amenities and decor were just perfect. Easy check in. Very clean. Great backyard for our kiddo to run around in, and the park and river in close proximity was perfect for our family. We walked to town (about 10 minutes) for food and coffee. This is the perfect little spot in Canon City for families to stay!

This lovely home would be the perfect gathering place for 2 couples and perhaps their dogs (there is a large doggie door to the backyard, though closed off when not in use)! While it was just my husband and myself, we were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort. Decor was simple and classic, kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots and pans (we chose to eat out anyway). The two beds are identical memory foam mattresses--my only suggestion to the hosts would be to perhaps consider offering two different types of mattresses, so there is an option. (We personally find memory foam a bit too heat-retaining.) There is a very large, graveled backyard with a privacy fence, hammock and horseshoe game. There is a covered back patio that we chose to enjoy during a rain--lovely sound on its roof! Our host was very communicative and quick to check in and also respond to messages, offering his(?her? ...messages seemed to be from both Keith and Victoria) take on local cuisine, which was spot-on! (From our brief interactions, they seemed to be someone we'd enjoy having dinner with!:) )Overall, we were happy and comfortable, and we really enjoyed Canon City's shops and dining. We would stay here again, and highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home! The hosts were incredibly responsive to all of our questions and even shared great recommendations for things to do and places to visit in the area. The home was comfortable, safe, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore. We would happily stay here again!
