The very comfortable thatched-roof house in Groß Schwansee is an ideal holiday home for guests who want to spend their holiday with their dog in a natural setting. After a leisurely walk, you’ll reach the natural swimming beach, just 1,100 metres away. Some beach access points in the area are also designated for dogs, depending on the season.

With 133 square metres of living space, this exclusive 4-bedroom holiday home accommodates up to 6 people and features an inviting living-dining area with a fireplace, a sofa suite, a smart TV, a stereo system, and a spacious dining table overlooking the seasonally furnished terrace. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The high-quality kitchenette is open to the living area and fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and much more. Additionally, the ground floor features a modern bathroom with natural light and a sauna. The upper floor is accessible via a wooden staircase.

Here you’ll find three separate bedrooms: two with pull-out single beds and a closet, and one with a double box-spring bed, a SMART TV, a closet, and a sitting area. A second bathroom with a shower and bathtub is also located on the upper floor of the house. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating.

Upon arrival, the beds will already be made for you and towels will be laid out. You can park your car right next to the house, where there is also an electric charging station—the first 50 kWh are free of charge. A travel cot and a high chair (TripTrap) are also available in the house. Guests with dogs are welcome; however, there is a fee of 8.00 euros per night for your dog. Smoking is not permitted.
