Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Check in ist problemlos abgelaufen, durften sogar eher in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Leider kann man seine Wohnung nicht abschließen. Desweiteren sind die Betten in einem sehr schlechtem Zustand. Ein Bett ist auseinander gefallen, die anderen sind so alt das man jede Bewegung Lautstärk hört. Sie knarren und quietschen aus jeder Ecke. Die Matratzen sind alle total abgelegen, so das man in einer Kuhle schläft. Leider sehr schade das man so schlecht geschlafen hat, da man ja eine Ferienwohnung eigentlich nur zum Schlafen benötigt. Der Rest war super.

Vorab: Die Vermieter sind sehr nett!! Aber: wir wollten eher einchecken, die FeWo wurde aber noch "hergerichtet", alles ok und verständlich. 20 Uhr Ankunft: Leider war weder die Toilette noch die Küche vom Vorgänger gesäubert. Haare in der Dusche, Zahncreme im Waschbecken und drum herum, der Spiegel voller Flecke, Toilette/Brille voller Urin- und K...flecken. Der Küchentisch voller Brotkrümel, der Boden nicht gereinigt, schmutzige Tassen im Schrank, die Deckel der Mülleimer klebten vor Dreck, sehr alte teilweise kaputte Möbel, viel Spinnweben, alte abgenutzte Bettwäsche, durchgelegenen Matratzen. Wir erwarten keinen Luxus, aber vielleicht alte Dinge austauschen und vor allem nach jedem Gast - egal ob eine Nacht oder mehr - die gesamte Wohnung komplett reinigen, auch auf und in den Schränken, in den Ecken usw. Das ist Standard bei einer FeWo!

Kurztrip

Wir waren zwar nur kurz in der Unterkunft, aber ich würde jederzeit länger zu Gast sein. Es war sehr angenehm, die Betten sind wirklich gut. Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt und gemütlich. Ich würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

Nette Ferienwohnung - großzügige Räume

Im Dachgeschoss der netten Vermieter. Parkplatz am Haus. Die Küche mit Utensilien, Geräten und Gewürzen gut ausgestattet. So konnten wir ein unbeschwertes Wochenende genießen.

Super nette Gastgeber

Der Empfang von den Gastgebern war super nett. Wir waren am wärmsten Wochenende des Jahres in Dresden. Uns wurde bei der Anreise Melone und kalte Getränke angeboten, hatten schöne Gespräche auf der Terrasse der Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war auch schön und in Ordnung. Preis Leistung stimmt. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter. Vielen Dank.

Nicht noch mal

Die Wohnung hat keinen separaten Zugang. Vor einem guten Tag, man solle doch die Schuhe ausziehen, was in ist für mich. Leider war das Treppenhaus schon mit Spinnweben übersät, ok Hauptsache der Boden bleibt sauber. In der Wohnung offenbart uns das selbe Bild. Schlimmer ist der Schimmel hinter dem Bett, die Dusche war schimmllig und Haare von den Vormietern. Die Küche ein Traum, für den der auf DDR steht. Geschirr schmutzig, Schränke alt und fern der Zeit. Jetzt kommt das schlafen gehen, oh cool man fällt direkt bis auf den Lattenrost.! Das für 197 Euro bei 2 Nächten, Klasse! Ich, wir bewerfen das Objekt, als verbesserungswürdig!
