The guesthouse, which features the “Abendsonne” holiday apartments, is located in a quiet area of Rust and serves as a very convenient starting point for excursions to Alsace and the Black Forest; even destinations in Switzerland are easily accessible. The immediate surroundings, with the Rhine floodplains, are perfect for biking and hiking, and you can explore the Taubergießen Nature Park on a boat ride in a traditional punt. Many guests at the guesthouse take advantage of the nearby Europapark Rust—often spending several days there. The amusement park is just a few minutes’ walk away.
