STUNNING DIRECT EIFFEL TOWER VIEW 6th Floor Apartment

IMPORTANT: Enter on January 1, 2026 and October 2026 there will be a roof renovation; no work between 5:30am and 8am in the moring but during the day there may be noise due to the work and there will be scaffolding on the building which will no impede view and light; i have reduce the rental price by 40% to take this work into account

I can send a photo of the scaffoldig works; don't worry they just installed the net, and honestly i am pleasently surprised

Superb premium flat, fully equiped flat of 36 m2, with lift on the 5 floor and one floor with stair ,US kitchen, with washing machine( can dry only half machine), dishwasher, Nespresso machine, internet, air cond, one bedroom withOne Queen/size bed(1,80x200) and in the living room, a brand new sofa convertible bed(1,70x200)Fully refurbished 2020.
