3 bedroom amazing home in Vizinada

This charming little holiday home is located right at the entrance to the old town of Viinada.



It is situated on a fenced plot with a pool, covered terrace and garden area, where you are sure to spend many pleasant hours outdoors and simply bask in the sun while your children play undisturbed. On the ground floor you will find an eat-in kitchen with fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom, while the top floor has another bedroom and a bathroom. The terrace on the top floor offers a charming view of the old town and the evergreen Istrian landscape.



Visit the picturesque medieval towns of Gronjan and Motovun, famous for their art galleries and festivals. However, if you want to swim in the sea, the nearest beaches near Pore are just a few minutes' drive away.



In the surrounding area you will find a large selection of excellent restaurants with local specialities and wines that will round off your holiday perfectly.

Die Tochter begrüßte uns freundlich und auch während dem Aufenthalt sehr netter Kontakt, zum Geburtstag bekam meine Frau ein Geschenk übergeben. Darüber hat sie sich sehr gefreut. Tolles Ferienhaus mit Pool in einem schnuckeligen Dorf mit traumhafter Aussicht

Das Highlight dieses Ferienhauses ist sicher der Pool. Aber auch das Haus selbst besticht durch Gemütlichkeit und eine traumhafte Aussicht. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Man braucht etwa 20 Min zum Meer. Top.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern in diesem Haus. Außenbereich ist Top, Überdachte Terrasse,Schöner Pool mit 2 verschieden tiefen,gut für kleine Kinder.Im Haus war alles da was man braucht,nur die Kaffeemaschine ist nicht die schnellste.Das einzigste was und etwas gestört hat war das Bad im Obergeschoss und die Treppe ins Obergeschoss. Die Treppe ist nichts für ältere Leute. Im Bad war der Duschvorhang kaputt.Die Nachbarn sind zwar direkt nebenan,aber bekommt man nichts von mir.Wir wollten Ruhe im Urlaub und das hatten wir hier.Im Dorf gibt's 2 kleine Läden wo man Einkaufen kann, Großeinkauf haben wir immer in Porec gemacht, was nur paar Autominuten entfernt ist,ebenso wie das Meer. Kleines Café gibt's ebenfalls im Ort.Wir würden wieder dieses Haus mieten

Ein wundervoller entspannter Urlaub. Sehr ruhig zum abschalten und wenn man Action braucht fährt man nach Porec oder Rovinji. Sehr nette Menschen im Ort und die Nachbarn merkt man gar nicht.

Immer wieder gerne......Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Wir waren zu dritt mit Hund im Haus und ich muss sagen es war alles da was man braucht. Auch die Außenanlage mit Pool und Terrasse hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Nachbarn sind zwar Recht nah dran jedoch sieht und hört man sie kaum. Das nächste Restaurant ist 3 km entfernt und im Ort ( vom Haus 200 Meter) gibts 2 kleine Tante Emma Läden.
