This bungalow is part of a small building with five attached but fully private units, each with its own separate entrance.

The kitchen with washer and dryer, as well as the outdoor areas—including the pond and backyard—are shared spaces for guests on the property.

The shared kitchen is located next to the first bungalow unit and includes a dedicated dining table, washer and dryer, and folding chairs available for use in the BBQ area.

➤ No Outside Visitors:
Please note that only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the property. Visitors or additional guests are not allowed, even for short visits. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this house rule.

➤Please note: Payment processing fees are non-refundable if a reservation in cancelled. Late cancellations may be subject to a charge of up to one night’s stay plus taxes and fees.

➤ Just a heads-up: The pool is off limits for guests; other than that, the guests will have exclusive access to their private unit and shared outdoor areas, including the pavilion, backyard, pond, and shared kitchen. Please, make yourself at home.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest`s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Availability of free parking on the site of the yard.

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
