A fun, spacious villa much like the others at Amelia. Some aspects (e.g. shower, kitchen supplies) were a bit run down.

The place was nice and clean as expected. However, it is a beachside property with a community pool, and the unit had neither beach chairs nor beach towels. This is a major oversight. When I contacted the "owner," I was forwarded to a call center in India that clearly had no Idea where Amelia Island even was, let alone my unit. And the response was, " We don't provide those things!"
