Apartment 14", tastefully furnished and offering sea views, is located in Trinità d'Agultu e Vignola, a charming town nestled in the hills of northern Sardinia, just a short distance from beautiful beaches. This 50 m² two-room apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, satellite TV, cot and high chair (both available on request), iron and ironing board (also on request).
The private outdoor area boasts a covered terrace, perfect for starting your day with coffee while enjoying the sparkling blue sea view. The shared area surrounding the complex is ideal for relaxing walks, letting you breathe the fresh air, admire the hills and sea, and fully embrace the holiday spirit.
A 7-minute walk (550 m) brings you to the town center with supermarket, shops, restaurants, and pharmacy. The nearest sandy beach, Li Feruli, is a 12-minute drive (6 km) away, while La Marinedda, a scenic bay in Isola Rossa, can be reached in 11 minutes by car (6.7 km). A water park is just an 8-minute drive (4.1 km) from the complex. Olbia and its international airport are 75 minutes away by car (75 km). Sassari is about an hour’s drive (55 km).
