Beloved family compound with spacious home on a 1.2 acres for up to 16 guests in main house (5 bedrooms) and guest house. Updated kitchen with new appliances, and everything necessary to prepare meals indoors and out. Kitchen connects to the screened porch which has a dining table for 12, comfortable sectional couch, TV, and a gas grill right outside. The guest house has 1 bedroom, sleeping loft for 4 kids, a steam shower, TV and sitting area, ping pong table, and card table. The property features a large heated pool (seasonal), year-round hot tub as well as a half basketball court, a bocce court, and fire pit. Lots of lawn space for families to spread out. Short walk to shops and cafes in “downtown” Union Pier and to public Lake Michigan beach (~300 yards).
