Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please check out by 11am (we may accomodate later check out per request). Load dishes you used to the dishwasher and start it. Collect trash in the trash bag and leave the bad tied.
Leave the keys and parking tag in the place you found them. There is a $100 fine for lost key.
Turn off lights. Set up thermostat at 69 degrees. Make sure all windows and balcony doors are closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
GETTING IN Your key is tucked safely under the carpet outside the door. Please return it there when you check out.
PARKING Free parking is available near around the building in UNMARKED spaces only. Please avoid spots labeled “Reserved”
YOUR ROOM - Extra blankets are in your closet - Extra towels, linens, and an iron are in the closet across from the bathroom

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and a peaceful atmosphere. The area is quiet, safe, and very pleasant for walking, with plenty of green spaces nearby.

At the same time, it’s close to everything you may need — shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and cafés at Quince Orchard Plaza are just a short walk away. The location is also very convenient for commuters, with easy access to Shady Grove Metro, I-270, NIST, and other major destinations in Montgomery County.
