Elizabeth was an absolutely wonderful and caring host!!! Communication was perfect. She goes above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one!! She was awesome!! Now, the place: 1) The neighborhood is beautiful and safe!! 2) Parking is free and unlimited, 3) 15 min walk to the metro, 4) full kitchen, 5) washer and drier. I didn't end up using all of these amenities, but it's great to have them should you need them. The bed is super comfortable and the WIFI works great!!!I can't wait to go back!!!! Communication could have been better. It was a very small space. If you not in a relationship this is not a big enough space for two single people. If you are overweight you might not fit in the bathroom. The area could be upgraded and someone forget to sweep under the rug. It was affordable and a nice area.

Everything you need

The communication with the host was fantastic from the very beginning, even when I had a couple changes in schedule. The basement apartment, While looking like your relatives Guest room, it has everything you need washer dryer, kitchen, and an extremely comfortable bed. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous and worth walking through and you can also walk to Starbucks and several restaurants and a smoothie store and CVS. Close to the metro this is a great place for someone to stay, who wants to get out and explore the city!
