Great stay!

Overall I really enjoyed my stay! Would definitely stay here again if I am in the area. Cozy and definitely great hosts who left snacks. Great communication as well.

This rental is in a nice neighborhood with easy on street parking. The unit was clean and had all of the necessary amenities. Communication with the host was easy throughout and they were kind enough to make up the couch ahead of time for a relative who was staying with me one of the nights. Would definitely stay here again.

We highly recommend the Charming 1 bedroom Apt. It was more than comfortable, very clean and inviting. The Owner was more than kind and hospitable. 5 Stars for sure!!!!!

Good spot

Clean and comfortable basement unit on a quiet street. Plenty of space for 1 person. Easy walk to the Metro. Tall people duck going up the entryway steps. You won’t forget to duck the second time.

The location is great, only about two blocks from the Petworth metro in a nice quiet neighborhood. Apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Could probably use some new pillows on the bed. Great shower though! Tons of pressure which we loved. Very little communication from host. No ‘book’ explaining anything including how to get on WiFi and almost no cell signal down there. Had to stand in the rain to text the host. Also no information on what to do at checkout so we just locked it and left which felt weird.

Hooman was great! Very helpful in his advice on parking, the metro, all the things. Walk to the metro was easy & convenient. Room was very clean & had everything I needed. Washer & dryer were a huge bonus, as I had dropped coffee on my jacket. Also appreciated having a desk to work at in the mornings & evenings. I’d love to stay again next year!
