Enjoy the perfect location of this DC 1 bedroom apt situation between Rock Creek Park and only minutes walking to 2 red line metro lines - Cleveland Park and Van Ness. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops, the local movie theater and all you could need, this private apartment offers all the modern amenities close to downtown DC.

Included in the newly renovated space is a queen bed, modern kitchen with dishwasher, cable TV, internet, washer/dryer, a fully stocked kitchen and a sofa bed which sleeps two children or one adult, comfortably. Two separate front and back entrances make this private oasis near the park perfect for relaxing after long days.

Should you need recommendations or anything, we live in the house above and are happy to make your stay comfortable. For extra, there is a private parking space.

Property was nice and located near a metro station but was out of the way for most things. We did not find it to be a good value for the money. The bed was extremely creaky, you could not control the temperature yourself, and although the listing states parking is extra- 10/day seems a little much for the cost. DC Heat Wave

This one bedroom apartment had everything we needed. We were in DC during a heat wave, and it was wonderfully cool in this basement apartment. Its close to restaurants, metro, and Rock Creek Park. Our favorite restaurants were Bread Furst and The Little Blackbird. Most importantly, the bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet.
