Enjoy the perfect location of this DC 1 bedroom apt situation between Rock Creek Park and only minutes walking to 2 red line metro lines - Cleveland Park and Van Ness. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops, the local movie theater and all you could need, this private apartment offers all the modern amenities close to downtown DC.

Included in the newly renovated space is a queen bed, modern kitchen with dishwasher, cable TV, internet, washer/dryer, a fully stocked kitchen and a sofa bed which sleeps two children or one adult, comfortably. Two separate front and back entrances make this private oasis near the park perfect for relaxing after long days.

Should you need recommendations or anything, we live in the house above and are happy to make your stay comfortable. For extra, there is a private parking space.

DC Heat Wave

This one bedroom apartment had everything we needed. We were in DC during a heat wave, and it was wonderfully cool in this basement apartment. Its close to restaurants, metro, and Rock Creek Park. Our favorite restaurants were Bread Furst and The Little Blackbird. Most importantly, the bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet.

Convenient Location in Nice DC Neighborhood

Great convenient location while we visited our daughter in Cleveland Park for a weekend visit. Having the availability of a covered parking spot is a nice perk in the city. Will stay again on our next visit.

Forest Hills Basement Apt

Very convenient, quiet, cool and well designed for a convenient and comfortable stay. In addition to well provided kitchen, they have laundry and wi-fi and had all basic supplies available. We used the bed and the futon bed and both were comfortable with cozy comforters. We would stay there again.

Memorial Day weekend

We had a fantastic stay. The property is walking distance to several Metro stops, the National Zoo and a wide range of restaurants. We met the owner when we arrived and parked in one of her parking spaces behind the house. I highly recommend you reserve the parking,as on street is not a guarantee. We look forward to staying here on our next visit

A nice place to stay in NW DC

Great location with comfortable bed and ample, nice quality bath linens. Basement apartment with mini windows but good for sleeping in. Bathroom was tight and shower needs some TLC but good water pressure. Keurig machine in kitchen but bring your own pods and tea bags. All in all a very good value if you are looking to stay in the area and planning to be out and about.
