Dear Sumit, Thank you very much for your 5 star rating! We appreciate it very much! You were a wonderful guest! Welcome back!

ear Arthur, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We always strive to provide our guests with a comfortable and seamless stay, so we are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify a few points regarding your stay: Check-In: We provide step-by-step check-in instructions and offer two independent self-check-in options (a digital keypad code and a backup lockbox) to ensure seamless access for all guests. Amenities & Supplies: We always ensure the home is fully prepared upon arrival. In addition to the starter toilet paper roll provided in the bathroom, extra rolls were fully stocked in the closet. Extra fresh towels were also available in the room drawers, and additional cleaning supplies/toiletries were kept in the cabinets for guest convenience. Guest Communication: We pride ourselves on being accessible and responsive throughout every stay. As we did not receive any messages or requests during your stay regarding these points, we were unfortunately unable to assist you or point out where the extra supplies were stored. We appreciate your feedback as we work to make our instructions even clearer. We wish you all the best in your future travels. Best regards, M. Dimitrova

Hi dearest Jelly! Thank you for your 5 star review! I truly appreciate it! It’s a huge encouragement for two single active women to continue with the business! We live guests! Please, welcome again and recommend us to your friends and family.

Hello Dennis, honestly, we didn't expect 4 star review. You stated twice:' Everything is great!' and on the way home, you wrote: "We had an enjoyable stay." We strive to provide perfect stay of our guests and if you let us know in advance, we would have helped you to have the perfect stay. In the description of your review you find that " opening lock is tricky." There are 4 numbers that you were suppose to punch on the key pat of the door, and then the button below. In our 9 years of experience we found that this is the easiest way of entry for our guests. We would have appreciated id you called us for help and then to write your input in order to make the entry of our guests even easier. Your second concern is the mattress. Choosing the right mattress for every guest is a bit challenging. That is why, last year we bough a high quality mattress with a combination of springs, foam and upper topper. We are looking forward to get back to us with your specific need for a mattress in order to eventually add the additional futures for more comfort.

Many thanks!!Welcome back!

Dear Kathleen, thank you for taking the time to review our property! I am glad you lIked it except the TV and the noise from the walking feet on the second floor. If you let us know about your concerns during your stay, we would address them

Thank you very much, dear Michael and family! I appreciate your high rating! Welcome back!

Dear Daniel, we do not accept your two stars rating. To us, this is 5 star rating because you liked everything which we promise to provide you with; three beds with clean sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, well equipped kitchen, and independent bathroom in a two rooms studio. We do not provide with a parking garage, neither with a TV program. We apologized to you for the lack of a TV program and explained you the reason. Our cable provider did not provide us with good connection and we canceled. We are looking for a better option. The description of the studio on the Vrbo page tells you what we provide and what we don’t provide. If you needed a TV or a parking place, there are plenty of accommodations with this requirements but of course a lot more expensive. My advise for your future travels is to look well the Vrbo pages of apartments before you book. Also, learn to be kind with us, the hosts, because we put quite a lot of effort to clean, wash sheets, accommodate you with many additional things that you wanted and yet, you were rude to us. Your 2 stars rating is the first one after so many years of hosting and it hurts a lot!

Hello Cooper, thank you for taking the time to review us! It would be helpful to reason your 4 stars. You stayed only one night in our home. You didn’t respond to any of our instructions. If you didn’t asked if we had a cookware, we wouldn’t know that you have arrived. It would be helpful for us to explain why you wrote us 4 stars instead of 5 in order to improve our services. We provided you with clean sheets, clean bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, free Internet, balcony, quiet garden… We would appreciated if you wrote us even a sentence.
