NEW OWNER - Same great service!
This beautiful 130 year old home is something special - located in the Historical District near downtown Sedalia. Handsome woodwork throughout with cathedral windows & archways that take you into multiple rooms to sit and relax. Enjoy nearby restaurants, coffee house and shops; all within walking distance. Located minutes from the Missouri State Fair grounds & the Katy Trail. Perfect for large groups & families!
* Our koi pond is currently under renovation.
Owner lives on property in private room. No shared facilities. You have the entire house. Dogs are present in a private area and are mostly quiet. There is some traffic noise from the street out front.
Keypad entry at side of house through the red door.

Room 3- full and a 2 twin trundle bed
Master- king and twin pull out sofa bed
