The Space:

Displaying more than 1,200 square feet of space, the 3-bedroom Abacos villas at Bahama Bay Resort & Spa are ideal for family vacations or group getaways. Guests can enjoy an array of amenities for comfort and convenience, along with refreshing pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, a sauna, and a fun and exciting splash pad for children!



Comfortable queen-sized beds are standard in the main bedroom and first guest bedroom, while the second guest bedroom features two twin beds. Additional sleeping space is available via a sleeper-sofa that opens up into a queen-sized bed in the living room. The Abacos villas feature two full bathrooms. Enjoy meals in the fully-equipped kitchen which includes all major appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove, and microwave, and also includes cookware, utensils, and glassware. With plenty of room to spread out, guests will love the spacious living room-dining room area and can take in the scenery from a screened balcony with tables and chairs. An in-unit laundry room means guests can wash clothes while watching cable TV in the living room or main bedroom, or while keeping an eye on the little ones in the crib and highchair included in each unit.



Located on the shores of Old Lake Davenport, you can enjoy the sand beach, view wildlife from the pier, or relax in a hammock. The resort is also conveniently located near Polo Park East Golf Course. Located only 10 miles from Walt Disney World, there are plenty of local dining and shopping options nearby. Disney Springs offers over 100 shops and 60 restaurants along with daily and nightly entertainment. Gatorland has a free-flight aviary, petting zoo, animal shows, zip line, and a new Stompin' Gator Off-Road Adventure. For additional entertainment, Sea World is just 16 miles away, Universal Studios is 22 miles and for the younger guests, Legoland Florida is 23 miles away from the resort.



The Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar, located within the resort, is located poolside on the shore of Lake Davenport. With both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a bar with lake views, guests can enjoy ice cold drinks, signature burgers and fries, and more!



The Market Place, located in the main Clubhouse, offers a wide selection of items from sundries and necessities to souvenirs, apparel, gifts, drinks, snacks, ice cream, and accessories.

Outdoor parking is available at no charge.

Motorcycles are permitted but may not remain on a trailer.

Trailers of any kind, RVs, and jet skis are not allowed. Commercial or logo-marked vehicles are also prohibited unless they are actively providing service or making a delivery.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
