We absolutely loved our stay! The house is even more beautiful in person, and everything felt fresh, updated, and so thoughtfully decorated. It was the perfect place for our big group to spread out while still having plenty of space to gather together.We had a couple of little hiccups during our stay (a broken window shade and our Keurig quit working), but they were taken care of almost immediately. The communication was fantastic from start to finish, which made everything so easy.The location was one of our favorite parts! Being able to walk to the beach and into Seaside was such a treat! We hardly had to get in the car all week. We made so many great memories here and would absolutely stay again!

This is one of the best houses we have ever rented on 30a. It is absolutely beautiful, spacious and the owners thought of everything you will need for a luxurious vacation. The pictures cannot do this house justice as it is breathtakingly gorgeous. The property managers were stellar and took care of our every need. They were so accommodating and helpful when our flight was cancelled. We cannot say enough great things about this house and property. The pool was so relaxing at the end of a wonderful beach day. The access to the beach and restaurants cannot be beat. The beds were super comfortable as well. My daughter says they get six stars instead of five for the Ugg pillows that are now in her shopping cart! We all had the absolute best time and highly highly recommend Seaside Thyme and Echelon! It is worth every dime. Do yourself a favor and book it today!

What an amazing house! Yes, its expensive but it was completely worth the money. The pool was wonderful. The house was pristine clean, almost as if we were the first ones to stay there. Luxury everything - linens, decor, even little packets with dish detergent, laundry detergent. Wonderful location steps from the beach and a few blocks from Seaside town center. Yes, there is an elevator. It really does sleep 24. 8 beds are twin bunks in a common area on the third floor. There really are 6 king bedrooms, most with en suite luxury bathrooms. One bedroom with two queens shares a bath with one of the king bedrooms on the fourth floor. It was perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay there again if we every have a big group again.
