When we arrived to the property there were some things we had to tell the property manager about. She was very quick to respond with our concerns. Someone was suppose to cone out and cut the grass but never made while we were there. The rooms were clean but we did find 2 to 3 bugs. The overall rooms were clean. Again, whenever we did come across a problem or concern she responded quickly.

Cute house that was perfect for our needs. Host was quick to respond and very thoughtful. Only complaint was the lawn needed to be mowed, but would stay there again.

Overall, our church family enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and promptly answered any questions we had. The commute to the Florence Civic Center was short and convenient, which was a major benefit for our trip.The kids especially enjoyed the game system and dartboard. The home was very spacious and had a warm, welcoming feel that reminded me of my grandparents' home.There were only a few minor issues during our stay. The Jack-and-Jill bathroom layout was not ideal for our group, and the stove could use an update. Only two of the burners were working properly, which made meal preparation somewhat challenging. Fortunately, I was still able to make our meals. Additionally, while there was an iron available, there was no ironing board.Aside from those small details, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely consider utilizing this home again around this time next year when we return for our conference.Thank you for sharing your home with us!
