Whether you're here for the fine-dining and shopping of Kierland, the nightlife of Old Down, or you're looking take in the beautiful Arizona landscape, this house is the perfect place for you and your group! This is a large, two story house just under 3,000 square feet. With 3 bedrooms upstairs, including the master, which overlooks the expansive backyard, and one bedroom on the main floor, you and your group will have plenty of space to stretch your legs.

The main room features a pool table, dining area, and soaring 20 foot ceilings. On the other side of house, you'll find a full kitchen, bar area and lounge area complete with a 65 inch smart TV and surround speaker.

The backyard features a 6-foot heatable pool(with a fee), 12 by 10 foot pergola, enshrouded in beautiful flowering hedges, and a brand new 6 person spa.

Kindly this is a non smoking property please smoke/vape only in designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
$500 penalty will be charged and reservation will be cancelled immediately with no refund if the non smoking rule is violated.
No illegal substances allowed.

PETS
Only Allowed if added into reservation with extra pet fee. Please keep pets off ALL Furnitures (couches and beds). Please clean after pet feces, penalty may apply if dog feces is found in the property.

EXTRA GUEST
No events or parties are allowed.
If there will be any visitors during your stay, please add them in the reservation or pay $25/guest/day through VRBO after booking is confirmed. No unregistered guests are allowed otherwise reservation may be cancelled by VRBO with no refund.

POOL
Pool heat is $100/day and guest is responsible to request pool/spa heat from the host at least one week prior to check in.
There is a minimum 7 nights for pool heat as it takes days to heat up to temperature.
If the guest turns on pool heat without the host’s permission, it’s a house rule violation and the heating fee needs to be paid before the reservation can continue.
Pool heat is not available from May to Sep due to Arizona's hot weather.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Please do not tamper with the pool equipment. A fee will be charged if this is violated.
