Cozy house in Pond 2 condo near the beach and the ruins of the Pond, a pool with night lighting, all walled garden and lawn, with two (2) barbecue, oven and wood stove.

Novelty now has internet - WI-FI for guests.

Now the house is much more cozy, all closed front with tinted windows, 2 living rooms, a TV and another meal, 2 suites on the top and a room at the bottom.

On the inside kitchen has oven and wood stove and barbecue, a gas stove, fridge-freezer. frezer and all cooking utensils.

With a new grill with sink and refrigerator which is next to the pool

Distance from the house to the beach is 15 minutes walk.

Distance from home to the Rio Santos track is 5 minutes walk.

Sr Francisco e os caseiros muito atenciosos, casa completa não falta nada, inclusive utensílios de cozinha. Casa agradável, praia próxima. Infelizmente a única coisa que deeu trabalho mesmo foram os borrachudos! Ficamos sabendo que o prefeito este ano não liberou a dedetização na cidade e eu particularmente sofri bastante, mesmo com repelente e eSBP, de resto, tudo perfeito!

O imóvel é muito bem cuidado e dispõe de todos os utensílios necessários para a sua estadia. Desde o início da negociação fomos muito bem atendidos pelo proprietário e depois pelos caseiros. Recomendo o imóvel para quem quer desfrutar de dias alegres e tranquilo. Pretendo voltar lá.

A casa condiz com as fotos, muito organizada, limpa, local tranquilo, piscina muito boa, amei a recomendo. O proprietário é super atencioso e os caseiros nos atenderam muito bem. Mesmo estando a 1km da praia, o acesso é bem fácil tanto a pé quanto de carro, a praia da Lagoinha é ótima e dá acesso a outras por barco ou trilha.

Casa ótima,linda e bem decorada, tem tudo o que você precisa para passar os dias.. Estava tudo nos conformes, o proprietário nos passou dicas de vários lugares próximos e lindos para conhecer, e os caseiros são de extrema simpatia, nos auxiliaram no que precisamos. Recomendo!
