Get ready to relax in this 2-bedroom deluxe condo in Seaside. The adorable space features a king bed and 2 twin beds, plus a living room with a convenient Murphy bed for extra comfort. Guests enjoy two bathrooms, including one with a jetted bathtub perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The condo stays cozy with heating, and thoughtful touches like an iron and hair dryer make packing light easy. Whether you’re lounging in the fantastic living area or getting ready for a day out, this excellent spot has you covered.

The amenities are endless at the resort as the pool is heated and 2 giant hot tubs are great to relax in after a day out on the beach. There is a game room that has a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, and some other games. Next to the game room is a very nice fitness center with free weight dumbells, machines, and cardio equipment.

The Condo has a gas fireplace, a bbq grille on the deck, fully furnished kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, all cooking utensils, and all kitchenware.

The Condo has a washer and dryer in the unit, which is great for use after beach days, the pool, or to have all clothes clean for the trip home.

During your stay paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and dishwasher soap are all complimentary and replenshided throughout your stay. Just call the front desk and housekeeping will bring it your door.

The property is part of a timeshare and they will ask you to attend a presentation. I recommend not to attend and you do not have any obligation to attend.

At check in the person booking the reservation must provide their ID and be the person checking in at the reception counter. A credit card is required for security deposit and this will be held until checkout and then released.

Check in time is 4pm and checkout is 11am. On the day of arrival you may call in and ask if the unit is ready early. If it is ready you can check in early, if not they will take your number and call when it is ready.

The only thing required the last day of checking out is to put all the dishes in the dishwasher and run it and take out the garbage. Garbage storage rooms are located on each floor.
