Schöne Unterkunft leider durch vermutlich längeren Leerstand sehr staubig. Auch eine Information über die derzeitig nicht benutzbare Sauna wäre schön gewesen. Gute Lage, Ausstattung der Wohnung vollkommen ausreichend, aber durch das sehr kalkhaltige Wasser starke Kalk Rückstände bei Töpfen. Sonst sehr schöne Umgebung, Schlüsselsafe bei Schlüssel Abholung und die Schlüssel Abgabe unkompliziert. Würde ich wieder buchen dann aber gern mit Sauna Nutzung :)

Die Wohnung ist eigendlich sehr schön, bedarf jedoch dringend einer Grundreinigung.... Fussböden, Fenster, Schubläden usw.. Das Besteck war wohl mal 12teilig, jedoch waren nur noch 3 Teelöffel vorhanden.Die Abflüsse im Bad scheinen nicht in Ordnung zu sein, unangenehmer Geruch, wenn das Fenster geschlossen war. Ferner war nur noch eine Gartenliege vorhanden.Leider war in dem Wäschepaket für 14 Tg. nur ein Duschhandtuch und ein kleines Handtuch pro Person enthalten. Das haben wir bei anderen Anbietern schon besser erlebt.

Die Dusche war gleich am ersten Tag verstopft. Noch am gleichen Tag (Sonntag) kam jemand und hat den Abfluss frei gemacht. Super. Ganz ruhige Lage, Stellplatz direkt vor der Tür. Terrasse war wegen der Mücken nicht zu benutzen, die Wohnung hat überall Mückengitter an Fenstern und Terrassentüren, so dass innen kein Mückenproblem herrscht und man super lüften kann. Wir würden, sollte es nochmal nach Zingst gehen, diese Wohnung wieder nehmen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung perfekt ausgestattet, sauber, modern, sehr komfortabel

Helle komfortable Wohnung. Zwei schöne Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten. Tageslichtbad mit ebener Dusche, zusätzliche Toilette. Voll ausgestattete Küche. Terrasse mit Möbeln und Sitzpolztern. Kamin im offenen Wohnbereich. Alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Parkplatz direkt neben dem Haus. Sehr ruhige lage in Nachbarschaft mit hübschen und ebenso gepflegten Häusern. 10 Gehminuten zum Bäcker oder anderen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Fahrradverleih gleich um die Ecke. Ebenso ein Spielplatz mit Tischtennisplatten. Bis zum Zentrum ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. 15 Minuten bis zum Wasser.
