Leider wurde der zugewiesene Parkplatz (Nr.4) im Laufe des Tages immer wieder von irgendwelchen Service- Firmen zweckentfremdet benutzt. Vielleicht würde ein abschließbarer Poller hier Abhilfe schaffen. Abschließend noch ein kleiner Tipp. Von der Flurgarderobe im Flur sind zwei Knöpfe abgerissen, welche repariert werden müssen. Ansonsten vielen Dank für die perfekte Abwicklung.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist für Hundefreunde optimal. Der Insektenschutz an Fenstern und Tür hat uns den ersten Schnakenfreien Urlaub im Fischland Darß beschert. Die Sauberkeit des Appartement war leider nicht gut ,wir mussten erstmal selber Hand anlegen.Vom Vormieter stand noch Müll auf der Terrasse und es wuchs Unkraut zwischen den Fliesen. Die Fenster könnten mal geputzt werden , da hilft auch kein Putzplan. Zudem würde wir noch eine Zimmernummer an der Eingangstür anbringen das erleichtert das Einchecken. Ansonsten würden wir das Appartement weiterempfehlen und auch selbst wieder buchen.

Waren mit der Unterkunft (Ehefrau, Enkel und ich) sehr zufrieden. Ich möchte noch den Hinweis geben, dass der Abfluss im Bad vom Waschbecken nicht richtig funktionierte. Das Wasser lief relativ langsam ab. Nicht das sich da eine Verstopfung anbahnt.

- Mitteilung, wo der Müll entsorgt werden kann, fehlte. - Die Terrasse sollte lt. Beschreibung eingezäunt sein, das ist leider nicht zutreffend. Ein Teil war mit einer Hecke geschlossen, aber auch hier fehlte der Zaun. Für Hunde die gerne aufsbüchsen ist es nicht geeignet. Zum Glück hatten wir einen kleinen Zaun mitgebracht. Ansonsten wäre eine Nutzung der Terrasse nicht möglich gewesen.
