Leider kann ich für die Sauberkeit nur 2 Sterne geben, da der Garten überhaupt nicht gepflegt war und einen sehr schlechten Eindruck machte. Da wurde seit Wochen nichts gemacht und war daher nicht nutzbar. Das Haus selber war vollkommen in Ordnung, sauber und alles da was man braucht. Das W-Lan war eine Katastrophe und die meiste Zeit überhaupt nicht vorhanden, das hat mich sehr geärgert, zumal bereits im Mai 2025 dieser Mangel im Gästebuch genannt wurde. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad in die Umgebung einfach prima. Das Emsland werde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung an sich war zufriedenstellend. Die Aussenanlage war ungepflegt. Es war nicht so angenehm auf der Terasse zu Frühstücken oder zu Essen. Die ganzen 2 Wochen kein W Lan Emfang.
