It was an easy check in. My favorite restaurants are in this area. I’ve stayed in quite a few locations around park city but we will definitely try and get this place again. The king bed and the bathrooms were so nice. I was so excited to have a washer and dryer too.
The location was great and Eric and Jody were fantastic hosts. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Prospetor square has some great restaurants in walking distance as well
Great location and well stocked with everything you need!
This condo was tidy and located 5 mins from the slopes. Free buses right outside the condo that can take you everywhere in town. Beds were comfortable and equipped with washer/dryer in unit. I would stay here again!
Wonderful location! Close to bus routes and the mountains. The owners were super responsive and kind. They even came by and gave us tools for our ski boots, above and beyond!! Would highly recommend them.
This condo is great- it is fully stocked and Eric and Jody pay attention to details. We rent it every year for the Sundance Film Festival and it is in a great location. I highly recommend renting this to others!
We had a wonderful week long stay while in town for a snowboarding trip. Perfect size for a small family or group and loved the snowboard/ski rack in the entryway. Catching the bus to Park City Mountain Village was a breeze - the bus stop is right across the street. Only a short walk to many restaurants and food options. Parking was a bit of a challenge each day finding a spot in the closest lot but we managed just fine. Hope to stay here again on our next trip to Park City!
Pros: Host was very responsive. The check-in website was very useful. Great location. Property was clean. We enjoyed the fresh air from the patio.
Cons: Bed sheets could benefit from a refresh, had some marker stains and holes in them.
Good location as the buses were easily accessible. Property manager was responsive. We had some issues with the door keypad and they came out twice to try to fix it. They were not able to fix it but provided an alternate solution.
Overall it’s a nice condo. A recliner would be a great addition to the living room. There really isn’t a comfortable chair to sit in after a long day of skiing. The sliding glass door DEFINITELY needs to be addressed. There is a 1/2 gap at the bottom of the door and it will not close completely. It would greatly decrease the heating bill and make for a more comfortable stay.
Small but very nice condo very conveniently located right across the street from the red shuttle stop that takes you to the mountain (and Main Street and other places). There is ample parking right in the lot right in front of the condo. It's well stocked with all the things you might need. Its so nice to have things like tissues included (and easy to find as there are multiple boxes all over the condo). Seems silly to get excited about tissues, but I can't tell you how many times we've stayed in ski places with limited or no tissues. When it's cold, noses run, and tissues are essential. There were plenty of dishes, silverware, and cooking items to include things like cheese grater, can opener, and salt and pepper (I listed those things because again we've stayed in ski places without those things). Having a washer and dryer (with detergent and dryer sheets) was great! Ample hot water in the master shower which is nice after a cold day on the slopes. The owner was very quick to respond when we had questions and very helpful. Also I want to recommend Estes pizza (which is walking distance from the condo). Best NY style pizza I've had since leaving NY.
In summary, the unit exceeded our expectations and the process and communications were flawless! The communications with the owners, from confirmation, through pre-trip, through check-in, during the stay, and after check-out were always prompt, professional but friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. Their guide could be a model for what unit renters "need to know" when renting through Vrbo. The unit itself is secure, in a very convenient location, and comfortable. The shuttle to Park City, when using the Park City transport app, allows you to sit in the living room in front of the nice fireplace, then note when the shuttle is in transit so that within about 3-5 minutes you are boarding the shuttle across the street from the condominium building. Nice varied restaurants are within 2-10 minutes walking and more are as close driving. The bathrooms and kitchen in the unit are clean, updated, and nicely equipped and with more than sufficient supplies and towels. The unit has some really nice touches, including boot, pole and ski racks, boot and drip pans, hooks for coats, as well as vintage Park City skiing artwork. The washer and dryer in the master bathroom is a nice and welcome touch. The beds were all comfortable and the living room was a great place to relax after a day skiing or snowmobiling with the gas easy to operate (on/off switch) fireplace, comfortable couch, and big screen tv (similar tvs are also in the bedrooms). All in all, our group of three friends loved it and would be happy to return.
The condo was just the right size for our family: two adults and three kids. The location was excellent. There was a bus stop across the street from our house and the bus took us directly to the main ski area. The hosts were very responsive: we called them two or three times with certain questions, and they picked up the phone right away. The condo had everything you need for a short stay: lot's of spare towels, pillows, blankets. Kitchen was really nice. Kids could watch Disney + in the evening. We had a fabolous stay.
Communication from hosts made everything run very smoothly. I especially valued 24h access and keyless entry. Super helpful when staying with people who are arriving at different times. The property was orderly, homey and mostly clean. Though there was some trash left over from previous stay which was very minor. My only actual criticism is the master bedroom's bed was very lumpy and sunken. It is really due for an upgrade.
Property felt very safe and secure and surrounding neighborhood was very clean and easily commutable.
Unit could use a fresh coat of paint, and return air vent for heating/ac system looked like it hadn't been cleaned for quite a while. Both TV's in the bedrooms did not operate for some reason. Also did not receive check-in instructions automatically, I had to contact the owner the night before the stay for the instructions. Overall there were no major issues, but a few improvements would bring my overall rating up to a 5.
This is on the 3rd floor with a good elevator. There isn't a view if that's what you're wanting. Patio has morning shade so nice to have morning coffee on the patio. Afternoon has full sun so it was too sunny & bright to enjoy it as much. Good beds & showers. Washer & dryer is always a plus to provide! Not a bright colored place but nice & comfortable. 2 couples could manage there together fine. Owners love this condo. I worked through them. VRBO never sent check in instructions so they checked on us and sent the instruction on line right away. We needed some dish washer soap which was missing & they had some sent that day.
Condo was clean and as described. Great home base for our ski trip!

Why they chose this property
In the winter of 2011 we were looking for a new snowboarding location to spend New Years with some family. We chose Park City based on a friends recommendation and fell in love with the area as soon as we arrived. Ironically, we rented a New Claim condo similar to the one we now own and had a wonderful time. During the following year we joked about buying a condo in Park City; however, as we thought about it more we realized that purchasing property in Park City would be the chance of a lifetime. We returned to Park City during the summer of 2012 and started our journey to find our future vacation getaway. We viewed a number of properties; however, everything came full circle when we looked at units in the New Claim project where we had created our New Years vacation memories. It's central location, the cozy atmosphere, and our previous experience made it the obvious choice and our dream became a reality. We are excited to share this condo with you so that you, your family, and friends can enjoy all Park City has to offer and create your own Park City memories.
What makes this property unique
Our condo is centrally located in Park City and just minutes to some of the best skiing/snowboarding in the United States to include the new and improved Park City Mountain Resort as well as the unique restaurants and nightlife of downtown Park City. Park City's bus system can get you to all of these locations within 5-15 minutes and the bus stop is right outside our building. Also right across the street is the access to the 25 NM Rail Trail which feeds into the Round Valley Trail System. These trails provide a wonderful location to hike, bike, walk, or run.
