The 75 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, fans, a television and a baby cot on request. Due to the apartment’s central location in the town, supermarkets, a bus stop, cafés, restaurants and a pharmacy are all within a 5-minute walk (100-500 m) from the apartment. Other beaches are within 15-20 minutes by car from the apartment, and the popular sandy beach Playa del Inglés, lies a 20-minute drive (20 km) west of Vecindario in the sea resort of Maspalomas. The centre of Gran Canaria offers many great opportunities for hiking and cycling, and the biggest city, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, is a 30-minute drive (37 km) north of the apartment. The island’s airport can be reached by car after only 15 minutes (13 km).

A week chasing the sun in November

Pros: Plenty of space and location. A fantastic place to explore the island from and there was everything we needed such as shops, bars and eateries a short walk away. Cons: The cherry on the cake would have been outside space (roof terrace) to sit and have a coffee but this did not spoil our stay.
