This holiday rental is located in the quiet residential area of Fulgengrund, in the eastern part of the beautiful Baltic Sea resort town of Kühlungsborn, in a single-family home with a small garden. Here, you can unwind from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the peace and quiet. Our guests have access to an east-facing terrace. An exclusive bike shed and a free parking space are available for use at no charge.

COZY 2-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT WITH EAST-FACING TERRACE
You’ll be staying in a 52 m² 2-room holiday apartment located on the ground floor of a residential building. The 48-square-meter apartment is accessed via a separate entrance and features a spacious living area with a sofa set, flat-screen TV, radio, and dining area. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, as well as an extra bed for a third person. A separate kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower are included. The cosy, sheltered terrace on the east side is perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors in the morning sun and for relaxing in the evening. Here you can spend relaxing hours in the sun, sheltered from the wind.
SPECIAL FEATURES
Please understand that smoking is permitted only outdoors, as this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are also not allowed.
The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are also provided as a starter set. As an additional service, free Wi-Fi internet access is available; however, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, no liability is assumed for any service disruptions. An exclusive bike shed and a parking space are available and can be used free of charge.

erholsamer Urlaub
schöne, geräumige und saubere Wohnungen in ruhiger Lage. Strand und Zentrum sind in 10 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Buchungsabwicklung, Aushändigung der Wohnungsschlüssel und die Kommunikation funktionierte problemlos.

Besuche Kühlungsborn das Dritte mal. Es gibt immer wieder Neues zu entdecken.
Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schöne ruhige und zentrale Lage. Wohnung sehr schön.
