among kids and adults alike, with a depth of 4ft at the deep end. Complete with comfortable

seating and a mounted television, so you can swim, lounge, and watch your favorite shows at

the same time.



After your swim, step out onto the spacious outdoor deck and soak in the beautiful natural

surroundings from the hot tub or enjoy the unique charm and warmth of the barrel

sauna—ideal for post-adventure recovery or peaceful evening relaxation.



For a little friendly competition, head to the outdoor putting green, where golfers of all skill levels

levels can practice their short game or simply have fun.

the electric fireplace in the living room, and cue up a family movie on the TV.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, from essential cookware to a Keurig 12-

A drip coffee maker makes it easy to prepare a full meal. Enjoy your creations at the

spacious dining table with plenty of seating for everyone.

Never worry about parking! There's a free parking space for up to 3 cars directly in front of the

cabin.



**The Great Outdoors Comes with Neighbors**

Please note that ladybug season in the Smokies is from Oct to Dec! We have a monthly pest

control service, so you may see dead ladybugs inside as a result of the treatment. Rest assured,

this is very common in the mountains. We appreciate your understanding, and a vacuum is

available for your use as needed.

We are located within the "Eagle Springs Resort" neighborhood.



Make the most out of your stay and head to the outdoor community pool to cool off, relax, and

refresh. The community pool is open daily from 8 AM to 8 PM (open Memorial Day through

Labor Day. You will need the pool ID tags, which are required to access the pool.

We provide an initial starter set of household supplies (dishwasher tablets, dishwashing soap,

paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, hand soap, and laundry tabs). Additional

supplies can be purchased at the Publix Supermarket near the Resort.



There is a $200 additional cleaning charge if there is any smell or evidence of smoking and if

you don't clean up after your pet. Anyone found breaking these rules will be asked to leave

without a refund.



You may smoke outside. Please be responsible and do not throw cigarette butts carelessly.



The fireplace is electric, not a gas fireplace. Please be mindful to turn off when

leaving the cabin.



There is a front door and a side camera installed in our cabin for your security.
