Comfortable and cozy. We used this as a base to explore Waco, Dallas and even a day in San Antonio. With the heat outside we were unable to use the patio or hot tub but it is as pictured.

We had a wonderful time. Location is central to all the things to do in Waco. The house was perfect, quaint, so beautiful. Would stay here again. It was clean, the host was so responsive.
