AN ELEGANT HOLIDAY APARTMENT WITH ITS OWN TERRACE – PERFECT FOR AL FRESCO DINING AND ENJOYING THE LIGHT OF THE COSTA SMERALDA.
The holiday flat is situated in a small, private residential complex on the Costa Smeralda – Porto Cervo, surrounded by extensive gardens featuring typical Mediterranean flora and centuries-old Ginepro (Sardinian juniper trees).
Thanks to its prime location, the flat offers a partial view from the living/dining area of the emerald-turquoise waters of Cala Grano Bay, whose famous white sandy beach is just 50 metres away. A private parking space and mobile Wi-Fi are included in the price.
The accommodation features a large terrace, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The accommodation has its own entrance. The architectural style faithfully follows the original Sardinian-Mediterranean design, with terracotta floors and ceramic tiles.
