Ideally located, magnificent view over the Sea and Tavolara Island, very peaceful, all mod cons, tastefully decorated, garden, it's a recent construction, very close to the wonderful beach. Lovely pool with sea water in the complex.The apartment is on the ground floor with private entrance and a splendid view. It's composed by 3 rooms, out of which 1 living-room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + 1 extra bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen with dish washer and washing machine, garden and patio with outdoors furniture from where you'll overlooking the sea, swimming pool in the village with 2 reserved sun beds (from 1st June to end September) and private beaches. Internet WiFi available in the apartment and in the pool area.

What a beautiful trip to Sardinia!! We loved every minute of our stay in Golfo Aranchi. Maurizio was a perfect host, who greeted us with a warm smilie and delicious fruit! Will definitely return!

Holiday

Lovely appartement in a holiday apartment complex consisting of charming local style houses. Amazing view from our Terrace/garden onto Golfo Aranci bay and it’s hills. Amazing pool surrounded by the sea, a few small beaches in short walking distance. Beautiful plants and flowers everywhere to stimulate all the senses. We really enjoyed our stay and can only recommend.

"We really much enjoyed the time that we spent in this wonderful place, we rented it for three weeks in September and we were really lucky with a weather! The apartment looks even better than on pictures, spacious, clean and good equipped. Especially we liked to stay on the terrace that has a sea view. We are the family with small children it's very comfortable, that the apartment is on the ground floor, so you have free access to the garden. Many thanks to Maurizzio, (the owner) he was very helpful and kind with us gave us a lot of useful information. I would definitely want to return back in this wonderful place! "

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Art Feriendorf, dass man nur durch ein Tor erreichen kann. Das war uns so nicht bewusst, und so standen wir zunächst etwas ratlos vor diesem besagten Tor, da wir nicht wussten wie man hereinkommt. Es hat dann aber doch alles geklappt durch direkte Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin. Generell war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und auch der Verwalterin immer zügig und gut. Die Lage der Wohnung ist abseits von Supermärkten oder anderen Geschäften/Lokalen. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Wir haben immer eingekauft, wenn wir von unseren Ausflügen zurückkamen. Als Ausgangspunkt ist die Lage der Wohnung super. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, nett eingerichtet und sauber. Jedoch hier und da in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratze im Elternschlafzimmer sollte ausgetauscht werden, ebenso die Toiletten-Brillen. Es gab kein WLan. Das sollte laut Beschreibung vorhanden sein. Die Aussage, dass es am Community-Pool (der sehr schön ist!) freies Wlan gäbe, hat leider nicht gestimmt. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön. Wir haben viel draußen gesessen oder auf den Liegen gelegen. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr gut. Das Mülltrennungssystem hat irgendwie seine Tücken, aber uns hat beruhigt, dass es auch alle anderes Touris im "Dorf" nicht verstanden haben ;-). Alles in allem ein prima Aufenthalt mit kleinen Mängeln. Wir würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Unbedingt die Eisdiele in Golfo Aranci besuchen. Sehr lecker! Und eine Wanderung auf den Hausberg machen.

Traumhafter Meerblick und tolle Badebuchten

Maurizios Wohnung ist super. Wir haben uns mit unserer Einjährigen sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein Auto sollte man unbedingt haben, da fußläufig außer Strand und Pool nichts zu erreichen ist. Wir empfehlen die Vorsaison (Mai), da alles noch ruhig ist, aber das Wetter schon gut und das Wasser warm genug ist. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben ausgestattet, die Küche hat einige Töpfe und Pfannen, aber leider keine Auflaufform. Sauberkeit habe ich nach Italienischen Maßstäben mit 5 Sternen bewertet ;-) Die Waschmaschine und ein großer Wäscheständer sind Gold wert.

Das Appartment war zweckmäßig und sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und bot einen tollen Ausblick auf den Golf von Arranci; allerdings liegt es sehr abseits und ohne Auto gibt es in der fußläufig erreichbaren Umgebung gerade einmal ein einziges Lokal. Der Hinweis, dass es in einer großen Appartmentanlage eingebettet ist wäre für manche Buchungsentscheidung sicher auch hilfreich...

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Besonders praktisch sind 2 Badezimmer bei 5 Personen. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig gelegen. Schöne Badebuchten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung/Anlage sehr genossen. Sehr sauber, Mülltrennung !, sehr unkompliziertes Check -In und -Out . Die Wohnung bietet mehr als beschrieben oder Bilder zeigen: komplette Kücheneinrichtung mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, 2 Sonnenliegen, Sonnenschirm etc. Auch der Fernseher ist im Gegensatz zu den Bildern inzwischen neu. Sehr schöne Terrasse , tolle Poolanlage mit jeweils traumhaften Blick aufs Meer und zu unserer Aufenthaltszeit himmlische Ruhe! Also rundherum perfekt und wir können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Geräumige und sehr schöne Wohnung in wundervoller Lage

Die sehr geräumige und gut geschnittene Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch die zur Wohnung gehörende Außenanlage ist sehr hochwertig. Die gesamte Anlage "S'Abba e Sa Pedra" in der sich die Wohnung befindet ist sehr gepflegt und sehr gut unterhalten. Die beiden Pools und das Meer sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. 2 kleine Badebuchten gehören zur Anlage und rechts und links sind in 10 Minuten Fußweg zwei weitere schöne Badebuchten zu erreichen. Das nächstgelegene Restaurant "Da Andrea" ist empfehlenswert und in knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Um die Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Zentrum von Golfo Aranci zu erreichen ist ein Auto zu empfehlen. Wir wurden mit einer gut gefüllten Obstschale und frischen Blumen begrüßt und haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Maurizio Caruso ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber - alle unsere Fragen oder Problemchen wurden binnen kurzer Zeit beantwortet bzw. gelöst. Highlight ist die tolle Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf die Bucht von Golfo Aranci - schöner Frühstücken geht nicht! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut per Auto zu erreichen und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an der Nordostküste Sardiniens. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Urlaub in Golfo Aranci gerne wieder in diese Wohnung zurückkehren!

The apartment is exactly as it appeared in the photos. Stunning views. Very comfortable. Very quiet

The apartment was great, very private as up above the quiet road. Very close to little quiet beaches.. Clear turquoise sea! The pool was a 2 minute walk away from the apartment and was beautiful. Lovely views and underused. The whole site was beautifully maintained, lots of thriving jasmine walls and bougainvillea. Unfortunately the only shops were a good 20 minute walk away - one little supermarket and a clothing/beach goods shop. Needed a car really. Happy to recommend it and return again. A microwave, toaster, electric kettle, scissors and grater would be useful but perhaps that's being picky. Fantastic place.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances. La location est conforme à la description. Logement spacieux et propre avec une superbe vu sur la mer. La piscine et la mer se trouve à 2 mn à pieds. Le propriétaire est très gentil et très discret ! Merci encore pour le panier de fruit à notre arrivé. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !!! idéal pour famille !

Séjour très agréable !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille avec 2 enfants et 1 bébé. Une location conforme à la description et aux commentaires précédents : propriétaire charmant, bel appartement ouvert sur une large terrasse et un petit jardin avec vue magnifique sur le golfe d'Aranci, lotissement privé très bien entretenu, fleuri et calme, magnifique piscine et la mer à 3 minutes à pied. Certes, l'équipement de la cuisine est limité au strict minimum, pas toujours pratique pour cuisiner mais Golfo Aranci est une station balnéaire avec de très bons restaurants, idéale pour les familles avec de nombreux espaces verts, parcs de jeu, et plages. Et la Costa Smeralda est juste à côté.

le propriétaire habite au...

le propriétaire habite au dessus. il est très agréable et parle bien français. la vue sur Golfo Aranci depuis l'appartement est superbe. la piscine de la résidence au bord de la mer est très agréable avec une surveillance par un maitre nageur. 2 plages accessibles à pieds juste à coté de la résidence permettent de laisser la voiture au parking. a quelques kilomètres il y a des plages dignes de figurer sur des cartes postales.
