The traveler / guest will have access to the entire villa with garden and swimming pool, except for a cellar compartment in the basement, a storage room outside the house, and the technical room of the swimming pool.

The maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool, as well as the check-in, the check-out, the linen change, the cleaning of the house, and the anti-COVID19 sanitation of the house, are carried out by qualified professional personnel.

At 50-100m from the villa there is a construction site, but now still and silent as the new villas are now built and completed.
