Easy Family Beach Week

Great location. Good amount of space for our family of five. Balcony has lots of seating which was great. We just walked out onto the beach to see 4th of July fireworks, but could probably have also stayed on the balcony. Easily walked down to shops and restaurants. Convenient to JTB if you want to go into Jacksonville.

Excellent place to enjoy the beach!

Condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Nice balcony to sit and watch the sunrise every morning with coffee, and when in the living room the full back of the condo is windows and sliding doors so we enjoyed the breeze and watching the ocean. The beach in this area isn’t overly busy, and its location beside the nicely maintained park is great for walking the dog. We’ll be back again, for sure!

Wonderful Stay!

This property was great. We stayed two months and enjoyed it very much. We were there during spring break so there was quite a bit of turnover in over units. The unit was very nice and everything you need was provided. The rental company was very responsive when we had any questions. We are renting again in 2018.

Easy, Great and Friendly Communication

It was easy from start to finish. The inside was clean, the master shower was wonderful. We all loved the 4 chair patio furniture on the balcony (that is one of the reasons we picked this place). We watched the sunset every morning. The walk to the beach was excellent! If anyone is looking for a great place to eat, we would like to suggest Dockside Seafood and Breaded Pig! 😊

Perfect July 4th week spot!

Everything worked out perfectly. The condo could not have been more comfortable. The pool is great for the kids or just adult floating. Mere steps to the beach and front row seats for the fireworks on July 4. Easy to walk or bike to nearby restaurants and all the kitchen utensils needed for an evening in. Cozy beds and great internet! The managing agent is lovely and is so responsive. We had a great time and would come back!

Nice stay for spring break

Overall updated property and good week. Our only disappointment was the pool in the pictures is not heated So it was too cold to use for spring break and I watched 7 different families during the week check the pool temp and were disappointed that it was not heated. Other than that nice condo and enjoyed sitting on the beach just on cold to swim

Loved the view

It's true you can't see the beach but I was very happy with what I could see! I loved being able to look out from the kitchen, dining area and living room to see boats going by and beautiful sunrises. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The place was clean and comfortable and close to lots of restaurants. Loved having the park next door. I was surprised by all the fees, but I would stay here again.

Great location

Great location and property. Super clean and great for a family. The only issue we had was dealing with a complex rental and check in procedures. They will make you sign a full rental agreement. Never seen it before. Also cleaning fees are very high and they expect you to leave the place in the same way you found it. Why then the high cleaning fees. But the property is beautiful and right on the beach.
