Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Place all used towels, sheets, and linens in the laundry room. Place all trash into the outside dumpster.

Turn all the lights/TV off and leave the remote on the living room coffee table. Ensure that all personal streaming accounts are logged out.

Ensure all exterior windows and doors are closed and locked properly. Set the thermostat to 60 degrees. If using air conditioning, turn it off. Report any damages/malfunctions to management.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Family trips, vacations, and business travel can all be busy and sometimes stressful, so we do our best to provide our guests with a clean, welcoming space where they can recharge and truly feel at home after a day of exploring or work.

We’re also pet lovers and have two dogs ourselves. Whenever possible, we love traveling with them, which is why we’re always happy to welcome guests traveling with their furry companions. We know pets are an important part of the family for many travelers!
