I stayed in this 3-bedroom home for 8 nights. While the location was convenient and central, the home itself felt extremely bare-bones and lacked the basic comforts one would expect for a longer stay. It’s unfortunate, as the property has potential, but it currently falls short in several key areas. To begin with, the house was missing essential amenities typically provided in most VRBO rentals. There was no hand soap, dish soap, coffee, paper towels, or napkins. For an 8-night stay, we were only given two rolls of toilet paper and had to request more when we ran out. These are very basic items that make a guest feel considered and cared for, and their absence set a disappointing tone. The overall feel of the home was sparse and uninviting, with very little attention to comfort or décor. A few decorative touches could go a long way in making the space feel more welcoming. The bathroom lighting was quite poor, making it difficult to get ready, and there was only one full-length mirror in the entire house—oddly located by the front door, far from the bedrooms upstairs. Additionally, the linens were noticeably worn. The towels felt rough and scratchy, as though they were over a decade old, and the bed sheets were similarly uncomfortable. These small but important details really impacted the quality of the stay. While this property might be tolerable for a short weekend trip, I would not recommend it for an extended stay. I will not be returning to this rental
