Sleeping arrangements include:
    •    King bed in the master bedroom with a twin pullout
    •    Two queen beds in the second bedroom
    •    Queen sleeper sofa in the living room

Step outside and enjoy one of the biggest perks of this low-density complex: 400 feet of PRIVATE beachfront—that’s more than a football field of sugar-white sand with plenty of room to spread out, no crowds, and nonstop Gulf views. Relax to the sound of waves, soak up the sun, and enjoy easy access to the pool, beach, grilling area, marina, and parking.

Just across the street, you’ll find pier fishing and tennis courts, plus the opportunity to fish directly from the dock. There’s even a convenient fish-cleaning station—perfect if you want to turn your catch into a fresh seafood dinner.

Boater’s Paradise!
Guests have access to the bayside marina, complete with a boat launch and trailer parking (located on the marina side). Availability is first-come, first-served, so please message us in advance if you plan to bring a boat.
    •    Proof of insurance, boat registration and a $500 refundable deposit is required by HOA
    •    Boat launch & parking fee: $40/day, paid directly to host
