Eine saubere und wie online beschriebene Wohnung hat auf uns gewartet und uns eine schöne Zeit auf der Insel ermöglicht.Insbesondere der unkomplizierte Zugang zum Hallenbad ist zu betonen.

Leider entsprach das Appartement nicht dem Angebot

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von dieser Ferienwohnung:Die Wohnung ist leider sehr hellhörig. Man hört alles und jeden.Hauptsächlich wenn in der Wohnung darüber die Kinder lautstark poldern, auch abends. Offensichtlich fehlt hier die Trittschalldämmung. Auch ist die Wohnung nicht sauber, sie wirkt alt und abgenutzt.Im Schlafzimmer und im Bad fehlt ein Fenster !!!Der Schrank im Schlafzimmer ist kaputt, der Schrank im Wohnzimmer zerkratzt.Die Wände und Decken sind eher grau, als weiß und das Klappbett im Wohnzimmer ist so konstruiert, das man sich regelmäßig die Beine beim rein-und rausgehen zerkratzt. Es ist Schimmel im Bad, die Toilette ist sehr alt und ekelhaft schmutzig. Bei einem sehr stolzen Preis von knapp 1.400 für 7 Tage, hatten wir etwas mehr erwartet, als ein liebloses, ungepflegtes Zimmer in dem man kocht, schläft und sich bei schlechtem Wetter aufhält. Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier. Aber definitiv auch zum letzten Mal. Schade. (…da bringt es auch nichts, wenn man „aus Kulanz“ die Kurtaxe erlassen bekommt. Das ändert nichts an den Gegebenheiten.)

Gute Lage, schlechter Zustand

Das kleine appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, aber leider in die Jahre geraten. Sofa und Stühle (Stoff) waren sehr verschmutzt, Schranktür mit großer Macke, Kochfeld verkratzt. Die Vermieterin ist uns deshalb aber- sehr fair- preislich entgegen gekommen! Leider hat das Schlafzimmer (Durchgang) kein Fenster, was für uns ein no go darstellte. Aber mit schöner Terrasse.

Uitgewaaid op Ameland

Knus verblijf in een appartement dat deel uitmaakt van Fletcher Hotels, waardoor je het gemak hebt van de faciliteiten van het hotel maar ook op jezelf kan zijn in het appartement. Minpunt vonden wij toch wel de bedden, deze zijn niet al te best en erg smal. In de loop van de nacht ontstaat er een spleet tussen de twee matrassen, hetgeen niet prettig ligt. In het gehele appartement is geen gelegenheid een raam open te doen, geen frisse lucht tijdens de nacht wat als niet prettig wordt ervaren.

Appartement für 2 Personen

Das Appartement ist für 2 Personen recht angenehm ( für mehr Personen zu klein). Alles war sehr sauber, die Küche komplett eingerichtet. Ein Nachteil ist das innenliegende Schlafzimmer, eine Belüftung über den Wohn- Kochraum ist im Sommer nicht möglich, da nur eine Schiebetür nach draußen geöffnet werden kann. Das Highlight ist das wunderbar beheizte Schwimmbad. Sauna ist kostenpflichtig möglich.

Gerne wieder!

Allen in Allem ist das Appartement, wenn auch klein, sehr schön, wir haben dort zu 3. geschlafen und somit das, super einfach ausklappbare Sofa benutzt und es morgens wieder zusammen geklappt. 10 min zu Fuß bis zum nächsten Einzelhandel. 2 Minuten bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle wo der Bus über die ganze Insel fährt und dort stündlich anhält. Sehr Sauber und der Service mit den Handtüchern ist auch praktisch und günstig. Das Hauseigene Schwimmbad (Nutzung umsonst) eine Squash-halle ( 7,50 für eine halbe Stunde inkl. Schläge rund Ball) und die Sauna (5€ für eine Stunde) runden den tollen Besuch ab.
