We welcome you to experience life at Gerrie’s Place at Figment Ranch Foundation.

100% of all proceeds from your stay at Gerrie’s Place will to go Figment Ranch Foundation, a 501c3, non-profit, Llama/Alpaca Ranch and Animal Rescue Sanctuary.

We are conveniently located between Brenham (20 miles), Round Top (19 miles), Warrenton (18 miles), (La Grange (39 miles), Fayetteville (21 miles), Columbus (23 miles), and Bellville (14 miles) Texas.

This is the BEST little BIG house you’ll ever stay in! Gerrie’s Place has a private cottage with a private entrance, a fully fenced backyard and a large covered porch.

Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be crated (kenneled) when left alone in the cottage. They may not be left unattended in the yard, especially small dogs. (We have owls, eagles, hawks, and other predators that visit).

You are also welcome to take a stroll around the ranch but please do not enter fenced livestock areas and/or closed gates. If your dog is with you, for their safety, please keep them on a leash when out of their yard. We also welcome you to schedule a tour of the ranch and meet the animals up close and see where your dollars are being spent, or you can just relax and enjoy the view.

We do have a few rules you need to abide by at Gerrie’s Place:

•Gerrie’s Place may not be used as a venue for any type of gathering or party.

•For liability reasons, you may not bring any visitors or any other guests that are not registered guests to Gerrie’s Place without authorization from host.

•No sleepovers allowed

•No illegal drugs of any kind on premises

•No underage drinking on premises

•No smoking, e-cigs, or vaping in Gerrie’s Place. Please smoke on porch or outside.

I have very strict guidelines with my cleaning and disinfecting.
Please don't do any wash. Put all used linens, pillows, and blankets on bed. Put all used towels and robes in hamper in bathroom.
Please don't put anything that you have used back where it came from, I need to know it was used and clean accordingly.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This was an excellent stay with an excellent host! The house was small and cute, and perfect for what we needed. The property was quiet and peaceful, pet-friendly, clean, and was stocked with lots of little extra touches. Will definitely go back!
