Grill Use: If a grill is available, please do not move it and keep it 5–10 feet from the house at all times. Kindly clean the grill after each use.

Private Wells & Septic Systems: Some of our homes use private wells and septic systems.

-Please: Flush only toilet paper—no wipes, feminine products, or other items.

-Avoid driving on the lawn, as pipes run underground.

-When you come in the front door, on the left hand side where the sofa is sitting, you can see a metal cover that runs the full length of that wall. There’s a small knob on the left end of the metal cover/box that turns it on. You just turn it until you hear it click and it will radiate electric heat. You might not want to turn it as far as it will go or it will get too hot. There are also 2 small electric heaters inside the water heater closet right out side the bathroom.
