A beautiful, sunny, and central location right on the lakefront promenade with a magnificent view of the lake and the Alps. Newly furnished, renovated rooms with shower and toilet, some with a balcony, TV, radio, internet, breakfast service, and a smoke-free environment. Covered outdoor swimming pool without the unpleasant smell of chlorine, and a garden with lounge chairs. A hotel with a cosy, family-friendly atmosphere, where friendly guests gather every year. Three lounges and a terrace overlooking the lake, coffee and tea service, as well as an affordable selection of drinks from the cooler, including a wide variety of Lake Constance wines. The covered outdoor swimming pool is 1.50 m deep and is open from approximately mid-May to mid-September, weather permitting. The holiday apartments are located in our private home at Obere Seestraße 23/1.
Please note that the rooms and holiday apartments are located at Obere Seestraße 18. Out of consideration for our guests, the rooms, common areas, and balconies are smoke-free!

Situated in the middle of gardens, in the second row; no road runs past—making for a pleasantly quiet location in our private home at Obere Seestraße 23/1. We prioritise comfortable beds. The apartment is on the second floor; it is not an attic apartment. We also offer our holiday rental guests access to the swimming pool in the garden of the Seeblick Guesthouse at Obere Seestraße 18. Breakfast can be added to your reservation upon request.
