Set along the sparkling shores of Lake Simcoe, this beautifully appointed home is a four-season escape designed for effortless relaxation and memorable gatherings. Expansive windows frame panoramic lake views, filling the home with natural light and a constant connection to the water.

The level lot offers multiple outdoor seating area including the patio overlooking the lawn and the lake, the patio with lounge furniture right on the water, or the deck on top of the boathouse with additional seating and lounge chairs. The boathouse was converted to a full gym with multiple machines and free weights. At the waterfront enjoy the lake from the large dock w/boat lift and two seadoo-lifts, as well as docking space for a boat.
