The dining table invites you to have breakfast together and you can prepare the most delicious dishes independently in the private kitchen. Don't feel like cooking yourself for once? The owner's adjoining restaurant serves delicious dishes. What a treat!
Huben is the small neighbouring village of Längenfeld, a short distance from the winter sports paradise. The ski bus stops 100 metres from the house and takes you comfortably and quickly to the nearby ski resorts of Sölden and Obergurgl. The cross-country ski slope is right in front of the house.

In summer, explore the region via the beautiful hiking trails that wind along green valleys and imposing mountain peaks. The spa town of Längenfeld is practically on your doorstep. Other recommendations in Ötztal include climbing, rafting, canyoning and a visit to Austria's largest adventure park, Area 47

Sehr gut gelegenes Zimmer, mit dem Ski-Bus in 10 Minuten in Sölden. Dafür aber ein schönes Dorf mit allem was man braucht. Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants. Wobei wir in der kleinen Küche meistens gekocht haben. Ausreichend Platz für Zwei, wir waren zu dritt, das ging auch gut, zu viert wird es am Tisch etwas eng. Sonniger Balkon, wenn die Nachbarn nicht rauchen, so richtig zum geniessen.

Die schlechteste Ferienwohnung was ich erlebt hatte.

Lage war gut und sehr schön. Die Wohnung war sauber, aber zu klein, obwohl geeignet war für 2-4 Personen. Küche sehr arm ausgestattet, 1 Frühstückteller, 3 Suppenteller, 3 große Teller, 5 Kaffeeteller 3 Töpfe (0,5/1/2 Liter), und eind Pfanne. Keine Suppenlöffel Kein Spüli und Schwamm , kein Küchentuch , keine Seife, 1/2 Rolle Toilettenpapier.Am erste Tag die 2 Glühbirnen sind kaputtgegangen in Bad, und wurde bus auf die letzte Tag nicht ausgetauscht. Fermieter sehr unfreundlich, hatte kein Zeit alles zu besprechen. Als ich gesagt habe das ich bewerten werde, er sagte" ist mir wurscht". Danach hat er 1Kochtopf, 1 Suppenlöffel und 2 Rolle Toilettenpapier gebracht. Und 2 Tassen für uns 4. Kein richtige Begrüßung, kein Wein wie auf die Abbildung obwohl das war kein Drama. Da werde ich nie mehr zurück gehen. Wir haben aber trotzdem wohl gefühlt.Wir haben gemerkt, das unsere Anregung kaum was bringt und wir haben auf andere Sache konzentriert.Gute Laune Ski und Wellness.
