Located on a large lot, you’ll love the backyard! Complete with a pool and an oversized paver deck, you'll find plenty of seating for outdoor dining (including a small outdoor dining table for the kids), covered seating to escape the florida sun, a BBQ gas grill, lounging chairs, umbrellas for shade, a wood burning fire pit, cornhole and more!

LIVING ROOM:
When entering the home, you’ll be greeted with an open, spacious living room with seating for 10 and a 65 inch smart TV as well as board games, cards, and Jenga! The living room opens up to the dining room with enough seating to accommodate 10 people.

KITCHEN & DINING:
The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances complete with a coffee/tea station to start your day off right (Hot chocolate, Tea, coffee grounds and kcups provided). The breakfast nook has been transformed into a well lit getting ready area / extra space for everyone to gather as well as a selfie wall to capture the moment 

GAME ROOM:
The house is packed with plenty of games to keep the good times rolling when you’re not out enjoying the beaches and beautiful florida outdoors! Our oversized 2 car garage has been converted to a full game room equipped with basketball, ping pong, life-sized connect 4, foosball, a poker table, and a custom built lego table for the kids!

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
With 4 spacious tropical themed bedrooms, there will be plenty of room for everyone with NO BUNK BEDS!

The master bedroom has 2 queen memory foam beds, a smart TV, blackout curtains, a ceiling fan, vanity desk area, a walk in closet and an attached bathroom with a vanity area, toilet and walk in shower. There is also a desk/workspace nook.

The other 3 bedrooms each have a king memory foam mattress, blackout curtains, ceiling fans (the 4th bedroom has dimmable recess lights), and smart TVs as well as additional mirror space for getting ready. These three bedrooms share a full bathroom across the hallway with an oversized vanity and mirror, toilet and tub/shower.

Your safety is our top priority. Between guests, surfaces are disinfected and linens are washed with detergent and hot water. The home is equipped with smoke/CO detectors and fire extinguishers. Both adult and child first aid kits are provided. A ring security doorbell with audio and video recording is installed. A noise monitor is installed outside that monitors audio decibels but does not record audio.

Pool heating is optional. We charge a flat rate of $75 for pool heating that covers your entire reservation. Our pool is heated to an above commercial industry standard of 85 degrees during the colder months to give you a comfortable and refreshing experience. Our pool is serviced biweekly with a net provided for in-between cleanings. Please note that during rare cold snaps, the heater may not maintain perfect temperatures. If you would like the pool heater turned on during your stay, please kindly give us 48 hours notice so we can ensure the pool is warm upon your arrival :)
